Job Juncture seeks an experienced General Superintendent to lead field construction operations across earthwork, structures, and civil scopes on a major California megaproject. You will drive safety, schedule, quality, subcontractor performance, and daily field execution across multiple disciplines.
The role requires 15+ years in construction, 10+ years as a Superintendent on heavy civil projects, and a track record with $200M+ ventures, bridges or transit work.
