Job description
JRM Construction is seeking a General Superintendent to lead field teams and oversee project execution in California. The GS will manage Field Staff, enforce safety standards, and coordinate with Project Leadership to ensure schedules, quality, and client satisfaction.
The role requires hands-on leadership, the ability to mentor field personnel, and a deep understanding of construction processes. Travel to projects may be required, with a focus on delivering excellence for our clients.
