Job description
Smart Tech Contracting is seeking a Lead Field Technician – Critical Infrastructure to drive field execution on hyperscale data center projects, ranging from 40 MW to 200 MW. You will lead daily field activity, direct labor, and coordinate subcontractors across electrical, mechanical, and automation trades.
This senior role requires strong technical judgment, real-time issue resolution, and strict adherence to safety, QA/QC, and schedule.
