Job description
Aon in Chicago is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to partner with Finance and cross-functional teams. You will lead long-term planning, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and variance analysis to drive strategic decisions.
You will ensure data integrity, deliver regular financial reporting to Executive Management, support SOX controls, and promote process improvements through automation and standardization. Strong communication and collaboration are required.
