Job description
The Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD) invites applications for a Deputy Director of CDA Finance to lead financial operations for over $6 billion in assets and liabilities.
Reporting to the Director, the Deputy Director will coordinate with the agency to secure over $1 billion in tax-exempt and taxable bond financing annually, perform advanced financial analysis and prepare disclosures for investors and rating agencies.
