Senior Finance Director
Salary: $150,000-$180,000

We’re partnering with a respected, mission-driven organization seeking a Senior Finance Director to lead financial strategy, budgeting, FP&A, reporting, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Finance Director:
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning
Deliver financial reporting, dashboards, and board presentations
Oversee accounting operations, audits, compliance, and internal controls
Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and investments
Partner with department leaders to improve financial performance and accountability
Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership
Develop and mentor the finance team
Qualifications for the Senior Finance Director:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
CPA strongly preferred; MBA a plus
5+ years of finance/accounting leadership experience
Experience managing $30M+ budgets in non-profit environments strongly preferred
Strong FP&A, budgeting, and financial reporting background
Board-facing and executive leadership experience
