Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL) Global in Cambridge, MA, seeks a Senior Finance & Operations Manager to lead financial operations and grants management for key initiatives, reporting to the Finance Lead. The role blends university governance with international collaboration to advance evidence-based policy.
You will supervise up to 3 staff, manage budgets, ensure compliance with MIT policies, and support strategic planning, forecasting, and donor reporting across Global programs.
