Job description
Galderma seeks a Senior Director of Finance (Miami) to act as a strategic business partner for the US Alastin operations. You will co-own the P&L and work with commercial leaders to optimize growth, margins, and budgeting processes.
The candidate will bring 15+ years of finance leadership, MBA/CPA preferred, and experience in Consumer/Healthcare or multi-SKU portfolios. Excellent communication and a track record of building high-performing teams are required.
