Position Summary:
The FP&A Manager will work closely with the CFO to drive financial and strategic leadership across our business. You will play a pivotal role in collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to manage the monthly budgeting, long-term planning, and financial operations. Additionally, you will work closely with the Commercial leaders to oversee incentive compensation plans in our fast-growing business.
What you’ll do:
Partner with the CFO to oversee and refine the internal financial model in partnership with senior leadership
Own the day-to-day execution of financial management processes such as forecasting, budget planning, KPI reporting
Provide financial analytical support to operations and sales as necessary.
Work with internal teams to complete sales commission calculations and reporting.
Establish, document, and implement procedures as necessary.
Other duties as assigned to meet the business needs.
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including pivot tables, vlookups, etc.
Knowledge of financial systems, Sage Intacct and Salesforce knowledge is a plus
Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter possessing time management skills
Ability to complete tasks accurately and timely with minimal supervision
Ability to follow through on commitments and projects
Strong financial analysis skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
