In this full-time, on-site role, you will combine financial reporting and accounting expertise with forward-looking financial planning, analysis, and business support. Reporting to the VP of Finance, you will deliver insights that strengthen profitability, cost management, and strategic decision-making. You will join a results-oriented Finance team supporting financial activities across the North American region.Your ResponsibilitiesPrepare financial statements, account reconciliations, month-end reports, and supporting financial documentation.Lead budgeting and forecasting activities, including detailed variance analysis.Analyze financial and operational performance and clearly communicate key findings to business leaders.Partner with Operations to improve profitability, cost management, pricing, and cost recovery.Maintain internal controls and support audits, business cases, scenario models, management presentations, and ad hoc financial analyses.Your QualificationsPost-secondary degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related discipline; a professional designation is preferred.At least five years of progressive experience in accounting, financial analysis, FP&A, or a combination of these areas.Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, reconciliations, internal controls, and month-end close processes.Demonstrated experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and variance analysis.Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong analytical and communication abilities, and experience with SAP or a comparable ERP system preferred.What We OfferAnnual salary range of $90,000–$130,000 CADCompetitive compensation and performance rewardsComprehensive benefits package with flexible optionsPaid time offOpportunities for continuous learning and career growthA supportive environment built on respect, integrity, openness, and inclusionWe are an equal opportunity employer and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.Equal Opportunity Employer/Vet/Disabled
