ESC’s premier food packaging client is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Pricing to join their team in Brookfield, WI. This role combines pricing review, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), forecasting, budgeting, accounting, and financial modeling to support our stable and growing manufacturing organization.

What You Will Do
Support the Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing with periodic sales volume insights, assessments, and reporting
Collaborate with department managers and executives on critical initiatives
Prepare monthly P&L forecasts and annual budgets for assigned accounts
Administer customer pricing and sales allowances for significant accounts
Prepare, record, issue, and reconcile contractual sales allowances and credits
Conduct ad hoc financial studies to support Senior Management and Sales
Manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines effectively
What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, xzgxqkn or Business
Five or more years of relevant finance or accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing
Strong proficiency in business, technology, and finance
Strong problem-solving and financial skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including financial modeling and advanced Excel modeling
Microsoft Access database management and Visual Basic (VBA) coding experience is a plus
