Job description
OptumCare Arizona/New Mexico FP&A team is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead financial analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and provider compensation modeling. You will partner with finance, operations, and clinical leaders to translate data into actionable insights for margin improvement and strategic decisions.
You will manage clinical P&L performance reporting, staffing considerations, and ad hoc reporting, with a schedule of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
