Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reporting toolsAnalyze business performance, profitability, and operational metricsSupport annual budgeting and forecasting processesPrepare monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc financial analyses for leadershipIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performancePartner with operations and department leaders to support strategic initiativesPerform variance analysis and provide recommendations to drive business resultsAssist with long-range planning and decision-support analysis Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field5+ years of progressive financial analysis experienceAdvanced Excel and financial modeling capabilitiesExperience with ERP systems and financial reporting toolsStrong analytical, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to influence decision-making through data-driven insightsExperience in manufacturing, aerospace, defense, engineering, construction, industrial services, or other project-driven environments is highly preferredExposure to project accounting or job costing methodologies is considered a strong plus Why Consider This Opportunity?

Lead month-end and year-end close activitiesPrepare and review journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statementsMaintain the general ledger and ensure accurate financial reportingSupport budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activitiesAssist with internal and external auditsEnsure compliance with GAAP and company accounting policiesAnalyze financial data and identify opportunities for process improvementPartner with operational teams to support business objectivesAssist in developing and strengthening internal controls Qualifications

Pay Details: $90,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
