$95,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Requirements of the Senior Financial Analyst – Operations & Treasury
3+ years of experience in Finance, Financial Analysis
BA in Accounting or Finance
MBA, CFA, CPA or CMA is a plus
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, analysis, and accounting principles
Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and communication (written & verbal) skills
Strong initiative to improve processes and gain efficiencies while maintaining objectives
Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets
Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint – SAP and OneStream preferred

Responsibilities of the Senior Financial Analyst – FP&A
Prepare and develop monthly forecasts and annual budgets, ensuring alignment with each function, organizational goals and objectives
Prepare and analyze financial reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends, including, but not limited to, product line and customer profitability reporting
Provide support for monthly actual analysis, comparing actuals to monthly forecasts and providing commentary for variances
Prepare and analyze all customer monthly, quarterly, and annual rebates
Oversee business case financial analysis on different customer opportunities presented by the sales team and help present to senior management
Perform financial analysis and assist both the finance & accounting teams with ad hoc projects as needed
