Job description
Dover Corp is seeking a Manager, Financial Reporting in Downers Grove, IL. This role reports to the Director of Financial Reporting and Consolidations and manages a small team in the US plus offshore support. You will own key SEC filings, policy updates, and cross-functional accounting projects.
You will mentor staff, partner with Investor Relations and ensure high-quality disclosures while driving continuous process improvements in a hybrid work environment.
