Job description
Column is seeking an experienced corporate counsel to own the legal infrastructure behind key commercial relationships. Drafting and negotiating banking, payments, and related agreements will be core. You will build scalable templates and partner with Sales, Risk, and Compliance to drive safe, strategic deals.
Based in our SF Presidio office, this hybrid role offers substantial equity and a market salary. The team handles complex regulatory work and cross-functional collaborations.
