Job description
BXP, Inc. seeks a Fire & Life Safety Director to lead day-to-day life safety operations in a high-rise building in New York. You will train building personnel and tenants on Fire Safety, Non-Fire Emergencies, and Medical Emergency plans.
Responsibilities include staffing the lobby fire command station, maintaining logs, testing systems, and coordinating with the Property Manager to implement safety plans. This is an on-site role with a competitive salary and benefits.
