Job description
Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) in Artesia, NM seeks a Lead Law Enforcement Specialist (Firearms Instructor) to plan and conduct classroom, laboratory, and field instruction as part of the Driver and Firearms Training Division (DFTD).
You will serve as a subject-matter expert, lead instructor, and program developer for the firearms training program, oversee basic training classes, and coordinate field exercises while monitoring student progress and recommending improvements.
