Global manufacturer of critical asset monitoring and protection protection instruments. This team based in the Greater Rochester, NY area designs and produces rugged hardware and software systems.
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Firmware Engineer (Hybrid) to lead the design, development of complex, monitoring systems.
We will help you move to the Greater Rochester area!
Responsibilities
Develop firmware solutions for complex, embedded systems
Support Product transfer to manufacturing
Propel pre-qualification and verification testing to ensure compliance
Support the development of overall projects and team
Qualifications
Degree with 5+ years of experience of hands on embedded systems design, development, and test
Required Skills
Strong background with microcontrollers and microprocessor-based systems
Expertise with Embedded, C/C++ real-time, multi-threaded programming
Strong Linux and Windows
Experience programming peripherals and working with industrial protocols
