Job description
Amazon’s Annapurna Labs team seeks a Senior Firmware Engineer to join the Power Architecture group, developing firmware algorithms for power, thermal, and performance management on ML acceleration chips. You will design real‑time control policies, optimization strategies, and instrumentation to monitor system state and balance competing constraints.
Collaborate with hardware architects, build tooling and data pipelines, and own firmware quality through rigorous testing on hardware.
