Boca Raton, FL $150,000 - $250,000 Base Salary + Significant Growth Opportunity- Candidate MUST bring clients or book of business
Our firm is seeking an entrepreneurial First-Party Property Attorney to join our growing South Florida team. This role is ideal for a motivated attorney with 3+ years of first-party property litigation experience who is capable of originating business and maintaining client relationships , including bringing an existing book of business or referral network.
We are a nationally recognized plaintiff-side litigation firm with a substantial property damage practice, nearly 100 attorneys, multiple offices across the country, and a long-standing reputation for aggressively advocating on behalf of policyholders and property owners. Since our founding in 2003, we have represented hundreds of thousands of clients and recovered over $1 billion for injury and property damage claimants nationwide. What You'll Do
Handle first-party property insurance disputes from pre-suit through trial
Manage a docket involving hurricane, windstorm, water damage, roof, fire, and other property loss claims
Take and defend depositions
Draft and argue motions
Attend mediations, hearings, and trials
Develop and maintain relationships with public adjusters, contractors, restoration companies, and referral sources
Generate and cultivate new business opportunities
Mentor junior attorneys and assist with practice growth initiatives
What We're Looking For
Active Florida Bar membership
3+ years of first-party property litigation experience
Proven ability to independently manage cases
Experience handling depositions, mediations, and motion practice
Trial experience is a plus
Existing book of business, referral network, or demonstrated business development experience required
Strong client relationship and communication skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build and expand a practice
