D1 Training Arlington is seeking a proven Sales General Manager to drive revenue growth and lead our sales team. You will close premium training packages, coach staff on sales execution, and maintain a high-energy environment focused on results.
3+ years of high-ticket fitness sales leadership is required. You will oversee memberships, personal training sales, retention, and front-desk conversions while managing POS, contracts, and promotions.
