Job description
D1 Training is seeking a proven sales leader to own revenue growth and lead a high-energy sales team at our Johnson City location. You will close premium training packages, coach teammates on sales execution, and drive consistent results in a fast-paced environment.
This full-time, on-site role requires 3+ years of high-ticket fitness sales experience, a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, and the ability to manage memberships, personal training sales, and front-desk conversion.
