D1 Training - Maple Grove is seeking a proven Sales General Manager to own revenue growth and lead a high-energy sales team at our Maple Grove facility.
You will close premium training packages, coach staff on sales execution, and drive consistent results while delivering a best-in-class member experience for youth and adults.
This on-site leader will oversee the P&L, budgets, and KPIs, partnering with ownership to sustain growth through people, process, and performance.
