Job description
IFF in Carrollton, Texas (on-site 5 days per week) seeks a seasoned Senior Scientist to lead seasoning formulation and product development for culinary and snack categories. You will drive customer projects from concept through commercialization and collaborate with global technical teams to deliver innovative flavor solutions.
Required are 10+ years in seasoning development, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent communication with customers and internal partners.
