Job description
FMS Aerospace is seeking a Senior Flight Test Manager to lead the company's flight test capability in Huntsville, Alabama. You will own strategy, staffing, execution, and technical integrity across programs, with hands-on engagement as needed.
You will shape flight test strategy, engage with customers, manage budgets, and drive certification activities for FAA, military, and commercial programs, building a scalable capability for future growth.
