Costa&AssociatesisagrowingboutiquelawfirminMiamiLakesfocusedexclusivelyonfamilylawandtransactionalrealestate.WeareseekinganexceptionalFloridaFamilyLawLitigationParalegal whohasalreadydemonstratedtheabilitytoindependentlymanage theprogressionofFloridafamilylawcasesfrominitialfilingthroughfinaljudgmentwhileworkingcloselywiththesupervisingattorney.
Thispositionisnot designedforsomeonelookingtolearnfamilylaw ordevelopbasiclitigationskills.
Wearelookingforsomeonewhohasalreadyearnedthetrustoftheattorneytheysupportbyconsistentlytakingownershipoftheircases,anticipatingthenextstep,exercisingsoundjudgment,communicatingprofessionally,andhelpingkeepcasesmovingwithoutconstantdirection.

Compensation&Benefits
CompetitiveBaseSalary: $70,000–$99,000yearly(basedonexperience,capability,andoverallfitfortheposition)
PerformanceBonuses: Basedoneffectiveness,organization,andoverallcontribution
