Job description
Birmingham Rehabilitation and Wellness Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Food & Nutrition Services to lead daily operations, oversee menu planning, food preparation and presentation, and ensure safety and quality standards.
The role requires a minimum of 2 years in food and nutrition services with a strong management background, plus Food Safety Certification or ServSafe. You will mentor staff and collaborate with clinical teams to deliver exceptional patient meals.
