Cesna Recruitment is seeking a seasoned Brand/Product Marketing professional to develop a 3-year growth plan and manage products from ideation to market. You will lead cross-functional teams, set P&L targets, and drive marketing initiatives across packaging, ads, digital programs, and collaboration with external agencies.
The role requires 8+ years in consumer marketing (CPG, food industry preferred), strong MS Office skills, and potential Korean language ability.
