Job description
Hy-Vee is seeking a Food Protection/Quality Assurance Manager to lead the daily food safety and quality program at the Chariton Distribution Center, including an ice plant, fresh produce, freezer and dry goods. You will guide regulatory compliance and internal standards to keep the operation audit-ready.
The role requires a science background, HACCP/LACCP expertise, and leadership experience in a food facility. Strong problem-solving, training, and collaboration will be essential.
