Job description
Tippin's Pie Plant, a Balls Foods brand, seeks an experienced Food Safety & Quality Assurance Manager to lead Food Safety, Quality Assurance, Sanitation, and Research & Development. You will partner across the organization to strengthen product quality, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing excellence.
Responsibilities include leading QA initiatives, audits, implementing SQF/HACCP/FSMA programs, and driving improvements in safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
