Company Description
Our client is a high-growth healthcare AI company building predictive and AI-powered systems for major health systems, health plans, and wellness organizations.
The company has grown rapidly, doubling revenue from $55M to $116M ARR in 2025 and continuing to scale toward $200M in annual revenue. With over $50M in funding and a team of approximately 100+ employees across the U.S. and Israel, the company is operating at significant scale while maintaining an entrepreneurial, ownership-driven culture.
The platform combines machine learning, data infrastructure, AI agents, predictive models, and enterprise integrations to power real-world healthcare and wellness workflows.
This is an opportunity to join a highly technical application engineering team where engineers own customer solutions end-to-end --- from pre-sales and technical discovery through architecture, implementation, deployment, and ongoing iteration.
The role combines software engineering, solutions architecture, AI/ML, data engineering, and customer-facing technical delivery.
What You Will Do
Own full technical delivery for wellness clients from pre-sales through production deployment
Build technical demos and prototypes that demonstrate the platform's capabilities to prospective customers
Work directly with customer technical and data teams to gather requirements and understand existing workflows
Lead technical discovery and design sessions with customer stakeholders
Design end-to-end system architectures for complex enterprise and wellness use cases
Create architecture diagrams and clearly communicate technical tradeoffs
Build and deploy customer-facing software systems into production
Architect and build AI agents and intelligent applications using the company's platform
Integrate with customer CRMs, wellness applications, and other enterprise systems
Build data ingestion pipelines across structured and unstructured data sources
Develop ETL/ELT pipelines and data-processing workflows
Work with heterogeneous datasets and complex enterprise data environments
Build machine learning and AI-powered workflows for customer use cases
Implement LLM-powered systems including prompt engineering, function calling, structured outputs, guardrails, and observability
Work with APIs, databases, cloud infrastructure, and real-time systems
Partner closely with customer engineering and data teams during implementation
Troubleshoot integration, architecture, and production issues
Own systems from initial requirements through testing, deployment, and iteration
Feed customer learnings and recurring patterns back into the core product
Influence product direction based on real-world customer requirements
Make architectural and technical decisions with significant autonomy
Work across multiple technical disciplines including application engineering, data, AI, and infrastructure
Operate effectively in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
Take ownership of complex technical problems without requiring detailed instructions
Represent the company professionally with technical and executive customer stakeholders
