Job description
Lilly in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a Capital Planning/FP&A leader to own capital investment budgeting, forecasting and reporting for a strategic site.
You will partner with procurement, project controls and site leadership to drive cost reductions, productivity, and strong financial governance. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in FP&A or related finance roles; MBA/CPA preferred; MS Office and SAP proficiency.
