Job description
Stem, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Director of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead the FP&A function across the company. You will drive budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis, partnering with CFO and finance leadership to set strategic plans and ensure budgeting discipline.
You will direct financial models for revenue, opex, headcount, cash flow, and unit economics, while delivering variance analysis and executive commentary. This role requires strong leadership and GAAP expertise.
