Job description
Blue Owl Capital Inc. in Chicago seeks a Managing Director, Head of FP&A for its Real Estate Investment Trust. You will lead the FP&A function, build financial models, and provide strategic insights to support acquisitions, capital allocation, and earnings reporting.
Ideal candidates have 12+ years FP&A/real estate experience, advanced modeling, and strong leadership. MBA/CFA preferred; experience with REIT metrics and planning systems like Anaplan or Hyperion is a plus.
