Job description
Dominium is seeking a senior FP&A professional to lead budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis for a large multi-family portfolio. You will supervise a team of analysts and partner with COO/CFO and property management to drive performance.
You will develop models, deliver executive-level reporting, identify cost-saving opportunities, and support new investments. This is a high-impact role in a mission-driven company serving affordable housing.
