Job description
Collectors Universe Inc. is seeking a Head of Fraud Operations in Santa Ana to lead the real-time decisioning, manual reviews, and AML/KYC workflows across our marketplaces and lending businesses.
You will own fraud investigations, optimize rules, and build a high-performing team with strong cross-team collaboration. The role requires 7+ years in fraud operations, experience with rules engines and ML-based decisioning, and deep knowledge of payment and marketplace fraud typologies.
