Job description
Din Tai Fung North America is seeking a Sr. Director of Front of House Operations to own the guest experience across 5-7 high-volume restaurants in the Southwest region.
This field-first leader will coach General Managers, shape the FOH culture, and drive results where excellence is the standard. You will own the P&L across your portfolio, partner with GMs on sales and labor targets, and lead cross-functional initiatives to ensure hospitality, service levels, and safety across locations.
