Bank of America is seeking a Senior Python-focused Front Office Rates Developer to design, deliver, and maintain risk and P&L solutions for a trading desk. The role collaborates with Traders, Risk Managers, and tech teams to gather requirements and implement front-to-back solutions.
Responsibilities include coding, design of architecture components, mentoring on CI/CD, and executing story refinement with accurate estimation. Strong communication and Agile experience are required.
