Job description
OSI Industries, LLC in Chicago seeks a seasoned FSQA leader to direct all FSQA activities and define the food safety and quality strategy for large facilities. You will partner with operations to drive a strong food safety culture and compliance with customer standards.
You will lead a multi-shift FSQA team, manage audits (USDA/FDA), and drive continuous improvement through HACCP, PCQI, and GFSI programs, while mentoring staff and ensuring robust documentation.
