Job description
Meriton is seeking a senior recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across diverse operating companies, including skilled trades, sales, and operations. You will partner with Hiring Managers and the Talent Strategic Partner to prioritize urgent needs, while delivering a consistent candidate experience across functions.
You will build pipelines through trade schools, military programs, and community partnerships, and manage interview logistics, feedback, and offers.
