Senior Fullstack Engineer (Careforce)

Base Pay Range
$120,000.00/yr - $180,000.00/yr
Ideal Candidate
Worked previously at an early‑stage startup (seed, series A) and a mature company
7 years of full‑stack experience (Python, React preferred, open to other)
Strong technical skills
Some experience with LLM/Agentic Applications
Some understanding of data‑driven decisions or ML principles
Strong full‑stack general problem solver, with a bias towards Experience, Infrastructure, Architecture or Data
Feel underutilized in your current role, and want to see the limits of your capabilities
