Job description
CSC in Livingston, NJ / Wilmington, DE is seeking a Senior Manager to lead client relationships and a client service team in fund administration for private equity funds. You will review GAAP & OCBOA records, capital calls, distributions, waterfalls, and partner capital statements while coordinating with Investor Services.
The role requires accounting leadership, CPA or candidate, US GAAP knowledge, and advanced Excel skills.
