Job description
A Multi-Billion Private Equity Firm is looking to hire an Assistant Controller for their Investment/Portfolio Team. This role will report to CFO working directly with their Investment Team. The team has about 3ppl and all young professionals with strong internal collaboration.
Will be responsible for Fund Investments/Portfolio reporting, investment accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and investment metrics, other duties. This professional with be instrumental in the growth of the firms Investment financial operations. Lead and Driving Financials cycle, including but not limited to Financials, Month-end and year-end, tax reporting, and working with outside auditor

RESPONSIBILITI
ESManage and lead timely and accurate Investment Fund Financials including monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities, and financial analytic
s.Review and Analyze preparation of Fund Financial Reports including Fund P&L
'sBudgeting and Forecasti
ngReview and maintain supporting spreadsheets and documentatio
nsWork with fund administrator on all activity including waterfall calculations, timing of deliverables, performance reporting and capital account statement
