Job description
Arhaus seeks a Product Development Manager to oversee the PD department, driving pattern making, frame design and upholstery for new products. You will collaborate with plant leadership to ensure top quality, timely samples, and cost control across all stages from concept to finish.
The role requires a strong leadership presence, lean/5S knowledge, and excellent communication across teams, with a focus on process improvements and maintaining high standards of product quality.
