Job description
Sunbeam Vintage is looking for an experienced, motivated salesperson to join our Los Angeles showroom team.
We’re an established LA furniture company with more than 20 years in business, known for distinctive vintage and contemporary furniture, statement pieces, and creative interiors. Our inventory is highly visual, unique, and genuinely fun to sell — customers come to us because they already love what we do.
Our clientele includes interior designers, homeowners, renters, real estate professionals, home stagers, local businesses, and members of our surrounding community.
We’re looking for someone with strong sales experience who can confidently manage their own day, follow up with clients, work toward individual sales goals, and is independently productive and motivated.
Schedule
Showroom hours are 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Weekend availability is mandatory
Must be available to work both weekdays and weekends as needed
Must have a flexible schedule and be able to adjust based on showroom and business needs
What We’re Looking For:
Furniture, interiors, luxury retail, design, or high-ticket sales experience is a plus
Management or leadership experience is a plus
Self-motivated and able to manage your own daily priorities
Comfortable working toward weekly and monthly sales goals
Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
Confident working with both everyday customers and professional designers
Warm, outgoing, polished, and genuinely interested in helping people
A creative background and ability to talk enthusiastically about furniture and design
Compensation
$30/hr + Commission
Competitive base pay plus commission, giving strong salespeople the opportunity to earn significantly more based on performance.
This is a great position for someone who loves design, enjoys people, and wants to sell a product customers are genuinely excited about. We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of their sales, build strong client relationships, and become an important part of the Sunbeam Vintage team.
