Job description
Enfinity Global is seeking an experienced Associate General Counsel, Americas to lead the legal function across the Americas for a renewable energy developer and IPP. The role emphasizes land acquisition, project contracts, and strategic negotiation in a fast-paced, global environment.
The AGC will manage outside counsel, guide cross-functional teams, and handle complex real estate, financing, and corporate transactions to support growth in North and South America.
