Job description
SBM Management Services, LP is hiring a General Counsel in California to optimize organizational efficiency on legal matters. You will provide expert and strategic legal advice to management, set governance policies, and evaluate impacts of decisions from a legal perspective.
Responsibilities include managing contracts, supporting HR, procurement, finance, marketing, and other departments, plus serving as the primary contact for litigation and coordinating with outside counsel.
