Job description
The Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities (NWCCU) invites applications and nominations for the role of Chief Legal Officer and General Counsel. This senior executive leads legal strategy, oversees risk, and ensures compliance across the agency, reporting directly to the President.
The CLO will supervise the legal team, manage highest-risk matters, and coordinate governance, policy development, and regulatory affairs to support accreditation and USDE recognition.
