Job description
Palo Alto Unified School District seeks a General Counsel to lead the district's legal affairs, the Governing Board, and related entities. The role provides strategic legal guidance on governance, policy, contracts, and education matters.
Under the Superintendent, the General Counsel will manage complex issues, advise on Brown Act, Public Records Act, Education Code, labor and employment law, contracts, and governance, and render formal opinions as needed.
